Mental health issues are increasing at an alarming rate, yet there appears to be a lack of knowledge of what mental health means, how it arises, and why it impacts not only individuals but also organizations and society at large.

    1. If this is not evident in some organisations it means that they do not have the correct people in leadership positions. My belief is that true leadership is an innate skill, one that you were boron with. Others are trained, this means they do not have necessary skills and must constantly be on guard in order to deliver the correct empathy.
